Stored crates and packages

For artworks stored within Eythos climate-controlled facilities, Sesame provides real-time visibility into physical warehouse logging, packaging specifications, and precise storage positioning.
Accessing storage details
You can view storage records in two ways:
From an individual asset: When an artwork is marked as stored with Eythos, tapping its barcode and location tag (under 'Additional information') opens its dedicated In Storage details page.
From the In Storage overview: Navigate to the dedicated In Storage page from the main menu to view a complete listing of all your stored crates, packages, and loose items currently held across Eythos facilities. Tapping any item in this list opens its full details view.
Storage metadata breakdown
The storage details view provides a complete breakdown of physical handling specifications:
Barcode & status: Displays the unique item tracking code and current physical status (e.g., Stored, In transit, or In viewing room).
Warehouse: Identifies the facility housing the asset (e.g., Goodman Interlink · Eythos HK Limited).
Zone & area: Pinpoints the exact storage zone (e.g., Pallet Racking, Slide Rack Room, or Private Storage) and specific shelf or rack bay location code.
Packaging type: Details how the piece is packed or protected (e.g., Carton box, Soft pack, Wooden crate, etc).
Dimensions & weight: Displays precise outer package measurements (Length × Width × Height) and total physical weight.
Volume: Displays the total billing volume in cubic metres (CBM), providing complete transparency for storage invoicing.
Viewing contents and navigating to asset records
At the bottom of the storage record, the Contents section lists every artwork contained within that specific package or crate:
Interactive links: Tapping or clicking on any listed artwork thumbnail or title inside the Contents section takes you directly to that artwork's main Asset details page.
Multi-item packages: If a single crate or travel frame contains multiple items, all contained works will be listed here, allowing you to audit multi-work packages at a glance.
