Export PDF fact sheets
Last modified on

When you need a professional, presentation-ready document for insurance, gallery loans, appraisals, or private sharing, Sesame allows you to export your artworks into clean, well-designed PDF fact sheets.
Where to find the download icon
You can access the PDF download feature from two main locations:
Asset page: Located directly in the bottom-left action bar below the artwork image, next to the Snapshot icon.
Selections: Located in the action bar above the artwork listing when viewing a curated Selection.
Customising your PDF export
Tapping the Download icon (a down arrow pointing to a tray) opens the download modal options:
Include provenance: Check this option to include the full ownership history, transaction types, and location records on the document.
Include value: Check this option to display valuation and financial metadata on the sheet. Leave this unchecked if sharing externally with parties who should not see financial data.
One PDF per artwork: When exporting multiple items from a Selection or group, check this box to generate individual PDF documents for each piece rather than a single consolidated document.
Tap Download to generate and save your files directly to your device.
Tip for sharing: Combine these customisation toggles to tailor the output for your specific recipient—for example, including provenance for prospective buyers while hiding valuation data.
