Managing notifications in Sesame

Stay informed about activity across your collection as you work. Sesame features a built-in notification hub directly inside the app to keep you updated on changes, comments, and project activity.

How in-app notifications work

Notifications in Sesame are contained entirely within the web app interface:

• In-app bell icon: Located in the top navigation bar, the bell icon alerts you to recent account activity while you are using Sesame.

• Activity updates: See when team members make updates to your shared Collection, or when collaborators add works or make changes to your Selections.

Key details to keep in mind

• Web app focus: Because Sesame is a Web App, alerts appear inside the application interface rather than as device push badges (the "red dot" on mobile home screens) or system-level pop-ups.

• No email clutter: Sesame does not currently send email notifications or spam your inbox with activity digests. All activity lives right where you manage your art.
