Remote sign-out
Last modified on

Unlike platforms that artificially limit how many devices you can sign into simultaneously, Sesame allows you to stay signed into as many devices as you need—whether that is your studio desktop, laptop, phone, or iPad. You can access your artwork data wherever you work without hitting device caps or being forced to sign out on one screen to open another.
To give you complete control over your account security across all these access points, Sesame includes an active session management tool that lets you monitor and remotely sign out of any device at any time.
Viewing active sessions
To inspect where your account is currently signed in:
Navigate to your Profile.
Scroll down to the Where you're signed in section.
Here, you will see an active list of all devices currently authenticated with your account. Each card provides key details:
Browser & platform: Displays the browser and operating system (e.g., Safari on iOS, Chrome on macOS).
Current status: Clearly tags the active screen you are using as This device.
Activity log: Shows when the session was created (Signed in), when it was last used (Last active), and the last collection or workspace location accessed.
Signing out remotely
If you leave a tablet at a gallery, lose a phone, or simply want to clean up unused browser sessions, you can revoke access remotely without needing physical possession of the device:
Sign out of a specific device: Tap the Sign out button on any individual device card to terminate that session immediately.
Sign out of all other devices: Tap the red Sign out all other devices button at the bottom of the section to instantly revoke access across every logged-in screen except the one you are currently using.
