In Storage

Last modified on

The In Storage page gives you a bird’s-eye view of your stored inventory along with granular details for every single package.

Facility and summary breakdown

At the top of the section, you can see a breakdown of your inventory grouped by our facilities (e.g.; Hong Kong, Seoul, Singapore, etc):

  • Sync status: Displays when your inventory data was last updated (e.g., Synced 4 minutes ago).

  • Package count: Shows the exact number of packages located at each facility.

  • Volume (CBM): Tracks the total volume occupied in cubic metres per location to give you clear insight into your spatial footprint.

Search, view, sort, and filter controls

Easily tailor how you view and organise your inventory using the controls above the package list:

  • Search bar: Quickly look up specific tracking codes, crate numbers, or keywords.

  • View options: Switch between a Table layout for a compact list or a Card layout for visual preview tiles.

  • Sort options: Reorder your inventory by criteria such as:

    • Barcode, Zone, or Warehouse

    • Volume or Weight

    • Last updated date

  • Filter options: Refine your view using precise criteria:

    • Warehouse: Filter by specific facilities (e.g., Hong Kong, Seoul, Singapore, etc).

    • Capacity: Narrow down by status (Full, Partial, Empty).

    • Packaging type: Filter by item structure (Cardboard case, Cardboard crate, Carton box, Crate, Shadow box, Soft packing, T frame, Tube, etc.).

Package cards and detailed view

Each item in your inventory displays key attributes to help you identify it immediately:

  • Visual reference: Photos of the crate or package taken upon receipt.

  • Item ID / reference number: Unique identifier for seamless tracking.

  • Storage location type: Specific placement within the facility (e.g., Pallet Racking).

  • Facility indicator and CBM: Shows the warehouse location alongside the item's individual volume (e.g., 0.68 CBM).

The In Storage section is designed strictly as a read-only, real-time monitoring report. You do not need to make manual updates or edits here—our warehouse team updates the data dynamically so you always have an accurate, up-to-date snapshot of your physical inventory.
