Share a Selection

Sharing a Selection lets you present a curated group of artworks to clients, advisors, or guests via a clean, web-based view. When sharing, you can customize feedback settings to gather comments, upvotes, and downvotes on the entire selection or on individual artworks, as well as fine-tune privacy and display options.

Creating a share link

To generate a share link for any Selection:

1. Open the Selection you wish to share.

2. Tap 'Manage shares' below the Selection title/description.

3. Under New link, enter an internal name (e.g., Anna, Advisor). This reference name is private to you and helps you distinguish between active links.

Configuring feedback options

Under the Feedback section, choose how recipients can interact with your shared Selection:

• None: Classic private view; no commenting or voting enabled.

• Public: Everyone with access sees all comments, likes, and tallies.

• Private: Recipients review and vote independently; only you see their responses.

Setting link expiry and advanced options

Choose an Expiry duration (e.g., 30 days or No expiry) to determine how long the share link remains active.

Expand the More options section to configure detailed metadata and view settings:

Included details

Select or deselect checkboxes to control what metadata is visible to link recipients:

• Value: Include or hide financial valuations.

• Provenance: Show or conceal historical ownership history.

• Exhibitions: Include or suppress past exhibition records.

• Citations: Include or hide literature and cataloguing citations.

Password protection

• Password protect: Check this box to set a passcode that recipients must enter before viewing the shared Selection.

View mode

Choose how the artworks are presented to the viewer:

• Combined: Displays all selected artworks in a single, continuous gallery view.

• Grouped: Organises artworks into sub-categories or defined groupings within the share view.

Finalising and managing share links

1. Tap Create link to generate your customised share URL.

2. Tap Copy next to the newly created share link to copy the URL to your clipboard.

All active share links appear at the bottom of the Manage shares modal. From here, you can monitor creation dates and settings, update internal link names (Add a name), or copy the URL again at any time.

Downloading a Selection as a PDF

If you prefer to share an offline document or print a visual catalogue of your Selection, you can export it as a PDF fact sheet.

1. Open the Selection you wish to export.

2. Located in the action bar above the artwork listing, tap the Download icon (the arrow pointing into a tray).

3. In the download modal, customise your document settings:

   • Include provenance: Toggle to show or hide ownership history.

   • Include value: Toggle to display or suppress financial valuations.

   • One PDF per artwork: Check this box to generate individual PDF documents for each item in the Selection, or leave it unchecked to generate a single consolidated presentation document.

4. Tap Download to save the generated PDF file directly to your device.
