Selections

A selection is a curated group of artworks within your collection. Selections can be shared via a public or password-protected link, or downloaded as a PDF report.

They are particularly useful when planning an upcoming exhibition, grouping works intended for sale, or simply sharing a curated set of items with friends, clients, and colleagues.

Creating a selection

There are two straightforward ways to create a selection in Sesame:

• From your collection: Select one or more artworks in your collection, tap the Selections icon, and choose to create a new selection.

• From the sidebar: Navigate to Selections in the main menu, then tap the New selection button. A window will slide in, allowing you to edit selection details and add artworks saved in Sesame.

Editing and reordering a selection

To modify an existing selection:

1. Go to the Selections tab and tap on the selection you want to update.

2. Tap the Edit selection button at the top right to change the name and description, or to add and remove artworks from your list.

3. Tap the Arrange icon to reorder your artworks.

Note: The sequence you choose will also be reflected when you share your selection digitally or export it as a PDF.
