Senior HR & Administrative Officer

We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and resourceful teammate and a results-oriented mindset, to join our team. This role will act as a trusted partner, delivering hands-on HR support. You will collaborate closely with the regional HR team to implement policies, drive talent acquisition, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Report to the Head of Finance & HR, provide comprehensive HR support.
Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
Support throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring prompt and effective responses to HR-related inquiries.
Manage employee benefits administration, payroll processing, leave and benefit management.
Facilitate insurance renewals and administer group medical enrollments and terminations.
Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory and contractual requirements.
Maintain a good filing system and accurate employee records within the HRIS system.
Organise internal and external training workshops, and design programs focused on occupational safety and anti-corruption.
Assist with annual performance reviews and prepare overseas onboarding documentation when required.
Handle ad hoc HR and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of HR experience, ideally within the logistics industry and a large international organisation. Experience working in a start-up environment will be considered an advantage.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Strong understanding of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant HR legislations, with familiarity in ISO procedures being highly desirable.
A mature, passionate individual with a tactful approach and to be well-considered and impeccable in one's work. Highly adaptable to change and capable of working independently.
Responsible and committed to excellence, with strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Demonstrates a strong sense of confidentiality and dedication to the role.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables), Word & PPT is essential.
Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
