Safety and Compliance

Eythos prioritises the safety and security of your work. Our facility is designed and operated with the highest standards of safety and compliance, including:

• Robust security systems and controlled access procedures. Access to the building is restricted to authorised Eythos personnel only and via biometric scanning technology.

• We employ a building management system to monitor and alert in real time.

• Access is recorded and archived in our cloud management system.

• Our building is not located in an area at risk of natural disasters such as floods, tornadoes, hurricanes and earthquakes.

• Newly constructed non-combustible building with good fire compartmentalisation.

• Strong fire detection (VESDA) system, alarm is connected to 24/7 manned area.

• Water leak sensors promptly detect any water condensation. 

• Alarm is connected to a 24/7 attended area.

• Alarm system alert is sent directly to the police department and Eythos operations and security teams.

CCTV

• The site is equipped with multiple CCTVs, covering the main ingress/egress points, perimeters, and common area. 

• CCTVs inside the WH 402 will be strategically placed by Eythos.

• External building footage is monitored at the 24/7 attended Security Control Room at G/F. Internal footage monitored by Eythos and their 3rd party security team.

Fire Suppression

• Automatic dry sprinkler system covers the building.

• Installation of gas suppression systems for long term storage rooms (private rooms, slide racks, separate rooms for photo and paper and sensitive works).

Construction

• The Goodman Interlink warehouse has a ceiling height of approximately 6.5m, with usable height at around 6.5m.

• The building is constructed of reinforced concrete, ensuring non-combustibility. There is direct vehicle ramp access for container vehicles up to 13.7m to the roof level, with 7 levels of cargo lift access warehouse. It is immediately adjacent to Container Terminal 9 and Stonecutters Bridge.

• The Interlink 103 unit, with an area of 3,253m², is segregated by fire rated fire shutters.

• 1,100+ solar panels with a capacity of 543 kW are installed to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

• Reducing food waste in the community: in partnership with Foodlink Foundation, Goodman Hong Kong has been donating excess food from The Rambler Café at Goodman Interlink to help feed vulnerable people in our community, while simultaneously reducing food waste.

• Goodman Interlink has been awarded a Platinum Certificate from HKGBC BEAM PLUS and a Silver Certificate from LEED®.
