Role Summary
The Facility Assistant supports the daily upkeep, organisation, safety, and readiness of Eythos’ facilities.
This is a hands-on support role covering storage areas, workshops, operational spaces, equipment, tools, and shared work areas. It is suited to someone practical, reliable, organised, and willing to support a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Maintenance Support
Assist with the upkeep of storage areas, workshops, offices, and operational spaces.
Support basic maintenance tasks, minor repairs, and general facility preparation as instructed.
Keep spaces clean, organised, accessible, and ready for operational use.
Report facility issues, damage, risks, or required repairs to the Facility Manager.
Support day-to-day facility tasks that help operations run smoothly.
Storage & Space Organisation
Support the organisation of storage areas, racking, open zones, work areas, and shared spaces.
Help maintain clear zoning, access routes, and workspace discipline.
Assist with space preparation for projects, internal movements, storage changes, or operational needs.
Maintain order across tools, materials, equipment areas, and general facility spaces.
Help ensure the facility remains efficient, safe, and easy for teams to use.
Equipment & Tools Support
Assist with the organisation, storage, and basic care of tools, equipment, and facility assets.
Ensure tools and equipment are properly stored, accessible, and returned after use.
Support setup and preparation of equipment for operations.
Report missing, damaged, or malfunctioning tools and equipment.
Help maintain a safe and disciplined working environment around equipment use.
Operational Support
Support operational teams with basic facility-related requests.
Assist in preparing spaces for handling, storage, transport, fabrication, installations, or internal projects.
Help maintain safe and efficient working conditions during daily operations.
Respond promptly and cooperatively to facility-related tasks from the Facility Manager and operations teams.
Support smooth day-to-day execution through reliability and practical help.
Safety & Discipline
Follow facility, equipment, and workplace safety procedures.
Maintain awareness of risks in storage, workshop, and operational areas.
Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely and responsibly.
Support safe working conditions across the facility.
Maintain punctuality, reliability, and professional conduct.
Ideal Candidate
1-2 years Experience in facility support, warehouse support, maintenance, logistics, workshop support, operations, housekeeping, or hands-on practical work is preferred.
Secondary school, vocational training, diploma, or relevant technical qualification preferred. Training in maintenance, facilities, logistics, or workshop support is an advantage.
Practical, reliable, and willing to support a wide range of daily facility tasks.
Organised and attentive to cleanliness, safety, and order.
Comfortable with physical work and moving around operational spaces.
Able to follow instructions carefully and report issues clearly.
Calm, cooperative, and professional when working with different teams.
Good awareness of tools, equipment, materials, and safe working practices.
Fluent in Cantonese or Korean, depending on location. Basic English is an advantage.
Interest in logistics, operations, workshops, facilities, or high-value asset protection is preferred.
