Eythos Announces New Partnerships with Leading Cultural Organisations across Asia

Nov 11, 2025

Eythos Press Release

XX October 2025 – Eythos, Asia’s premier provider of precision art storage and logistics, continues to strengthen its position within the art industry through strategic partnerships with renowned cultural institutions and galleries. As a dedicated logistics partner to leading cultural organisations, Eythos is proud to support a series of upcoming events that showcase the thriving art scene across the region, including Hong Kong and Singapore.

Eythos is thrilled to announce partnerships with the following:

Para Site

Eythos is excited to continue its collaboration with Para Site, one of Hong Kong's leading contemporary art centres and one of the oldest and most active independent art institutions in Asia, as the official logistics partner for the institution’s distinguished Benefit Auction & Gala scheduled for November 2025. This partnership reinforces Eythos’ commitment to supporting the vibrant Hong Kong arts community.

This year, Para Site will present works from over seventy artists, which will be on view at the preview exhibition at H QUEEN’S 13-16 November ahead of the Gala Evening on 20 November. Eythos previously served as the logistics partner for Para Site with the installation of "Reframing Strangeness: Ha Bik Chuen’s Motherboards and Collagraphs," a solo exhibition by the celebrated Hong Kong artist Ha Bik Chuen, from May 10 to August 10, 2025.

Maison & Objet

Eythos is delighted to announce its official partnership with Maison & Objet for their highly anticipated interior design fair, Intérieurs. Scheduled for December 2025 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, this event will serve as a pivotal hub for all facets of the design industry.

As the designated transportation and logistics partner, Eythos will manage the intricate logistics, seamless transportation, and precise installation of a diverse array of interior design products from around the globe. The partnership underscores Eythos' dedication to facilitating international collaboration and showcasing global design excellence on a prominent stage.

As part of their collaboration with Maison & Objet, Eythos will display a special presentation on-site at the fair [EYTHOS CONFIRM WHICH SECTION] in celebration of Hong Kong’s craft heritage, alongside Western-style artisanal techniques. This will feature:

  • A signature tool cart with two Eythos experts demonstrating how to build custom crates for transporting delicate and valuable items, from artworks to fine furniture.

  • A restored rickshaw by Eythos’ in-house Fabrication team. From its 17th-century origins in France to a booming presence on the streets of Hong Kong in the late 1800s, the rickshaw was a symbol of evolving urban life. However, by 2021 the last licensed rickshaw in Hong Kong quietly disappeared. Eythos will restore this symbol of the city’s cultural heritage, creating connections between traditional craftsmanship and the next generation.

ART SG

Eythos has been appointed as the official shipping partner for the upcoming edition of ART SG, Singapore's premier contemporary art fair, held annually in January during Singapore Art Week.

This strategic collaboration presents a significant opportunity for Eythos to amplify its visibility and enhance its presence within Singapore's rapidly expanding art scene.

By engaging in an international event of ART SG’s calibre, Eythos aims to showcase its expertise in art logistics and establish new partnerships, acting as a crucial stepping stone for the company to explore the burgeoning art markets in Southeast Asia.

Villepin

Since early 2025, Eythos has been in partnership with Villepin Gallery, overseeing the storage and shipping of their artworks. This includes the successful installation of two exhibitions in Hong Kong: "Worlds Within: Art as Refuge" and "Marie de Villepin: Turn to Salt." The partnership has now extended to Eythos Korea, showcasing the strength of their collaboration across both regions.

Lewis Cheng, Founder of Eythos, said

“Our collaborations with these esteemed organisations reflect our commitment to supporting the art community in the region and beyond. Through forging meaningful partnerships, we remain devoted to providing exceptional logistic and storage services and a seamless experience for our clients within the cultural landscape.”
